This two year old's sire was named National Irish Draught youngstock Champion the same day "Tardy" was born on 9/23/06. Tardy is currently the only ISH out of Champion RID stallion, Lionwood Kinsale's Lad. Tardy is a wonderful example of the easy going, athletic babies Kinsale Farms strives to produce. He is large and sturdy, with a strong Irish Draught build and has inherited the fantastic top line and bone of his sire (Lionwood Kinsale's Lad). "Ruby" is a very energetic filly with a wonderful shoulder and will be a big girl. Ruby recieved 1st place in the Purebred ID Dressage Prospect class and 2nd in the Purebred ID Filly class at the Irish Draught Show in 2007. Her sire, The Pride of Gloster is the only RID son of Clover Hill in North America, and Ruby has numerous relatives competing at international levels. The "Genetic Evaluation of Show Jumping Horses in Ireland - 2000" published by the Irish Horse Board gave Gloster a 110% rating, which is not only the highest reported rating of any RID stallion in North America, but it also places him in the top 10% of stallions of all breeds in Ireland.
